Text

(A)Whoever is prohibited from claiming a lottery prize award under division (E) of section3770.07of the Revised Code and attempts to claim or is paid a lottery prize award is guilty of a minor misdemeanor, and shall provide restitution to the state lottery commission of any moneys erroneously paid as a lottery prize award to that person.
(B)Whoever violates section3770.08of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. Last updated September 7, 2023 at 3:10 PM
