Text
(A)The state lottery commission shall operate lottery sports gaming as part of the statewide lottery in accordance with this section and with Chapter 3775. of the Revised Code. The state lottery commission may adopt rules under Chapter 119. of the Revised Code, in consultation with the Ohio casino control commission, to implement sections3770.23to3770.25of the Revised Code, so long as those rules are not in conflict with the rules of the Ohio casino control commission.
(B)(1) Each type C sports gaming proprietor shall contract with the state lottery commission to operate lottery sports gaming on behalf of the state lottery commission in exchange for a portion of the state's proceeds from lottery sports gaming.
