Text
(A)Whoever recklessly violates section3750.06of the Revised Code or an order issued under section3750.18of the Revised Code to enforce that section is guilty of a felony and shall be fined at least ten thousand but not more than twenty-five thousand dollars or imprisoned for at least two but not more than four years, or both. Each day of violation is a separate offense. Upon a second or subsequent conviction for such an offense, the offender shall be fined at least twenty-five thousand but not more than fifty thousand dollars for each day of violation or imprisoned for at least two but not more than four years, or both.
(B)Whoever purposely violates division (G) of section3750.09of the Revised Code shall be fined not more than twenty thousand dollars or imprisoned for not more than one
