Text
(A)There is hereby created in the state treasury the lead poisoning prevention fund. The fund shall include all moneys appropriated to the department of health for the administration and enforcement of sections3742.31to3742.45of the Revised Code and the rules adopted under those sections. Any grants, contributions, or other moneys collected by the department for purposes of preventing lead poisoning shall be deposited in the state treasury to the credit of the fund.
(B)Moneys in the fund shall be used solely for the purposes of the child lead poisoning prevention program established under section3742.31of the Revised Code, including providing financial assistance to individuals who are unable to pay for the following:
