Text
(A)The director of health shall adopt rules in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code establishing all of the following:
(1)Procedures necessary for the development and operation of the child lead poisoning prevention program established under section3742.31of the Revised Code;
(2)Standards and procedures for conducting investigations and risk assessments under sections3742.35and3742.36of the Revised Code;
(3)Standards and procedures for issuing lead hazard control orders under section3742.37of the Revised Code, including standards and procedures for determining appropriate deadlines for complying with lead hazard control orders;
(4)The level of lead in human blood that is hazardous to human health, consistent with the guidelines issued by the centers for disease control
