(A)(1) At the request of the director of health, the attorney general may commence a civil action for civil penalties and injunctive and other equitable relief against any person who violates section3742.02,3742.06, or3742.07of the Revised Code. The action shall be commenced in the court of common pleas of the county in which the violation occurred or is about to occur.
(2)The court shall grant injunctive and other equitable relief on a showing that the person has violated or is about to violate section3742.02,3742.06, or3742.07of the Revised Code. On a finding of a violation, the court shall assess a civil penalty of not more than one thousand dollars. Each day a violation continues is a separate violation. All civil penalties collected by the court under this section shall be deposited
