Text
Two per cent of all amounts paid to the treasurer of state pursuant to sections3734.90to3734.9014of the Revised Code shall be certified directly to the credit of the tire fee administrative fund, which is hereby created in the state treasury, for appropriation to the department of taxation for use in administering those sections. The remainder of the amounts paid to the treasurer of state shall be deposited and credited in accordance with section3734.901of the Revised Code.
