Text

(A)Except as provided in division (B) of this section, each application for a permit submitted under sections3734.76to3734.78of the Revised Code shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable application fee of four hundred dollars that shall be credited to the scrap tire management fund created in section3734.82of the Revised Code. If a permit is issued, the amount of the application fee paid shall be deducted from the amount of the applicable permit fee due under division (Q) of section3745.11of the Revised Code.
(B)Division (A) of this section does not apply to an application for a permit for a scrap tire storage facility submitted under section3734.76of the Revised Code if the owner or operator of the facility or proposed facility is a motor vehicle salvage dealer licensed under Chapter 47
