On and after April 6, 2007, no school district or educational service center established under Chapter 3311. of the Revised Code, community school established under Chapter 3314. of the Revised Code, or nonpublic school for which the director of education and workforce prescribes standards under section3301.07of the Revised Code and no employee of such a school district, educational service center, community school, or nonpublic school shall purchase mercury or a mercury-added measuring device for classroom use.
