Text

(A)The following fees are hereby levied on the transfer or disposal of solid wastes in this state:
(1)Seventy-one cents per ton through June 30, 2028, eleven cents of the proceeds of which shall be deposited in the state treasury to the credit of the hazardous waste facility management fund created in section3734.18of the Revised Code and sixty cents of the proceeds of which shall be deposited in the state treasury to the credit of the hazardous waste clean-up fund created in section3734.28of the Revised Code;
(2)An additional ninety cents per ton through June 30, 2028, the proceeds of which shall be deposited in the state treasury to the credit of the waste management fund created in section3734.061of the Revised Code;
