Except as otherwise provided in section3734.282of the Revised Code, moneys collected from judgements for the state or settlements with the director of environmental protection, including those associated with bankruptcies, related to actions brought under Chapter 3714. and section3734.13,3734.20,3734.22,6111.03, or6111.04of the Revised Code; and moneys received under the "Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980," 94 Stat. 2767, 42 U.S.C. 9601 et seq., as amended, may be paid into the state treasury to the credit of the environmental protection remediation fund, which is hereby created.
