Text
Nothing in sections3721.28to3721.34of the Revised Code shall be construed to permit any individual to engage in the practice of nursing as a registered nurse or the practice of nursing as a licensed practical nurse if the individual does not hold a valid license issued under Chapter 4723. of the Revised Code.
