Text
Nothing in the laws dealing with drugs of abuse shall be construed to prohibit treatment of persons with narcotic drug dependencies by the continuing maintenance of their dependence through an opioid treatment program licensed and operated in accordance with section5119.37of the Revised Code and the rules adopted under that section.
