Text
The state board of pharmacy shall enforce sections3719.30to3719.35of the Revised Code. If the board has information that any of those sections has been violated, it shall investigate, and upon probable cause appearing, shall file a complaint and prosecute the offender.
Fines assessed and collected under prosecutions commenced by the board shall be paid to the executive director of the state board of pharmacy, and by the executive director paid into the state treasury to the credit of the board of pharmacy drug law enforcement fund created by section4729.65of the Revised Code.
