Text
No person shall alter any controlled substance from the original compounded form by evaporation or other means to increase the concentration of narcotic drug contained therein. Altered preparations having a greater concentration of schedule V narcotic drug content than specified under provisions of section3719.15of the Revised Code, shall be classified as a schedule III narcotic drug.
