Text
(A)Whoever violates section3707.03of the Revised Code, unless good and sufficient reason therefor is shown, is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
(B)Whoever violates division (B) of section3707.06or section3707.48of the Revised Code is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on each subsequent offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
