Text
A corporation shall, for any violation, obstruction, interference, or omission mentioned in section3707.48of the Revised Code, forfeit and pay to the proper city or general health district a sum not to exceed three hundred dollars, to be collected in a civil action brought in the name of the board of health of such district. No proof of actual damages shall be required, but the court or jury, finding other facts to justify recovery, shall determine the amount by reference to all the facts, culpatory, exculpatory, or extenuating, adduced upon the trial.
