Text
When expenses are incurred by a board of health under sections3707.01to3707.53, inclusive, of the Revised Code, upon application and certificate from such board, the legislative authority of the municipal corporation shall pass the necessary appropriation ordinances to pay such expenses. The legislative authority may levy and set apart the necessary sum to pay such expenses and to carry such sections into effect.
