Text
The trustees or managers of any institution mentioned in section3707.21of the Revised Code may contract for the care, treatment, or detention of any persons affected with or exposed to any disease mentioned in such section with any corporation having a hospital or other proper place for the isolation or care of persons having or exposed to contagious disease, and may remove such persons to such hospital or place. In the case of persons detained in an institution as punishment for a crime, an order for such removal shall be obtained from the court which imposed the punishment. In an order for such removal, the court may require such provisions to be made for safely guarding the prisoner while in such hospital or place as it deems necessary.
