Text
(A)Whoever violates division (A), (B), or (H) of section3705.29of the Revised Code shall be fined not more than ten thousand dollars or incarcerated for a term of not more than five years, or both.
(B)Whoever violates division (C), (E), (F), or (G) of section3705.29of the Revised Code shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars or incarcerated for a term of not more than one year, or both.
(C)Whoever violates division (D) of section3705.29of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
