Text
Not later than ninety days after June 30, 1996, the director of health shall adopt rules in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code establishing the fee for providing a copy of the contents of an adoption file pursuant to sections3107.38and3107.47of the Revised Code.
The director shall deposit fees collected under this section in the adoption records fund, which is hereby created in the state treasury. The department shall use the money in the fund to perform its duties under sections3107.38and3107.39and sections3107.45to3107.53of the Revised Code.
