Text

(A)Whoever violates division (C) of section3701.23, division (C) of section3701.232, division (C) of section3701.24, division (D)(2) of section3701.262, or sections3701.46to3701.55of the Revised Code is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on each subsequent offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
(B)Whoever violates section3701.82of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
(C)Whoever violates section3701.352or3701.81of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree.
(D)Whoever violates division (F) or (G) of section3701.792of the Revised Code is guilty of a felony of the third degree. Last updated January 13, 2022 at 3:33 PM
