Text

The department of health shall adopt rules in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code to do all of the following:

(A)Considering the goals set forth in section3701.941of the Revised Code, establish standards and procedures for certifying a primary care practice as a patient centered medical home;
(B)Specify the types of medical practices that constitute primary care practices for the purpose of certifying patient centered medical homes;
(C)Specify the health care quality and performance information that certified patient centered medical homes must report to the department pursuant to section3701.942of the Revised Code.
