Text

Notwithstanding any section of the Revised Code pertaining to confidentiality, any individual, public social service agency, or public agency that provides services to individuals or families, law enforcement agency, coroner, or public entity that provided services to an individual whose death is the type of death specified by the director of health under section3701.934of the Revised Code shall provide information, data, records, and otherwise assist in the execution of sections3701.93to3701.9314of the Revised Code.
