At the request of the director of health, any  individual or entity not specified in section3701.936of the  Revised Code, at the individual's or entity's discretion, may  provide information, data, records, and otherwise assist in the  execution of sections3701.93to3701.9314of the Revised Code.  Any information, data, and records provided to the director by any  other individual or entity shall contain only information, data,  or records that are available or reasonably drawn from any  information, data, and record developed and kept in the normal  course of business.
