(A)If the director of health establishes the patient centered medical home education pilot project, the director shall prepare reports of its findings and recommendations from the pilot project. Each report shall include an evaluation of the learning opportunities generated by the pilot project, the physicians and advanced practice registered nurses trained in the pilot project, the costs of the pilot project, and the extent to which the pilot project has met the set of expected outcomes developed under division (A) of section3701.924of the Revised Code.
(B)The reports shall be completed in accordance with the following schedule:
