Text
There is hereby created in the state treasury the lupus education and awareness program fund. If the department of health establishes the lupus education and awareness program, as authorized under section3701.77of the Revised Code, all moneys accepted under division (C) of that section shall be credited to the fund. Money in the fund shall be used solely to administer the lupus education and awareness program.
