Text

The amounts specified in division (B) of section3701.741of the Revised Code shall be adjusted annually in accordance with this section. These amounts plus any amounts previously computed by annual adjustments made under this section shall be increased or decreased by the average percentage of increase or decrease in the consumer price index for all urban consumers (United States city average, all items), prepared by the United States department of labor, bureau of labor statistics, for the immediately preceding calendar year over the calendar year immediately preceding that year, as reported by the bureau.
