(A)Except as provided in division (B) of this section and sections5153.171to5153.173of the Revised Code, any information, document, or report presented to the director of health pursuant to guidelines established under section3701.70of the Revised Code, all statements made by persons participating in a review conducted pursuant to those guidelines, and all work products of the director are confidential and shall be used by the director only in the exercise of the proper functions of the department of health.
(B)The director may disclose the confidential information described in division (A) of this section to a fetal and infant mortality review team.
(C)No person shall knowingly permit or encourage the unauthorized dissemination of the confidential information described in division (A
