Text

(A)An individual or public or private entity providing information, documents, or reports to the director of health pursuant to guidelines established under section3701.70of the Revised Code is immune from civil liability for injury, death, or loss to person or property that otherwise might be incurred or imposed as a result of providing the information, document, or reports to the director.
(B)Each person participating in a review conducted pursuant to guidelines established under section3701.70of the Revised Code is immune from civil liability for injury, death, or loss to person or property that might otherwise be incurred or imposed as a result of the person's participation in the review.
