Text
The approved laboratory making the standard tests for syphilis and gonorrhea shall make a report to the physician, certified nurse-midwife, clinical nurse specialist, certified nurse practitioner, or health commissioner submitting the specimens. Such laboratory shall forthwith report any reactive syphilis test or positive gonorrhea test to the department of health on forms prescribed and furnished by the director of health.
