Text
Within twenty-four months of the establishment of the Parkinson's disease registry, and annually thereafter, the director of health shall submit a report to the general assembly in accordance with section101.68of the Revised Code summarizing the following:
(A)The incidence of Parkinson's disease in Ohio by county;
(B)The number of new cases reported to the Parkinson's disease registry in the previous year;
(C)Demographic information including age, gender, and race.
