Text

The director of health may purchase, store, and distribute antitoxins, serums, vaccines, immunizing agents, antibiotics, and other pharmaceutical agents or medical supplies that the director deems advisable in the interest of preparing for or responding to a public health emergency. The discretion granted to the director by this section does not relieve the director of the duty to act under section3701.161of the Revised Code.
