Text
At the time a person files a declaration of candidacy, nominating petition, or declaration of intent to be a write-in candidate, the secretary of state or the board of elections shall furnish that person with a copy of section3517.21of the Revised Code. Each person who receives the copy shall acknowledge its receipt in writing.
