Text

(A)All registration forms and lists, when not in official use by the registrars or precinct election officials, shall be in the possession of the board of elections. Names and addresses of electors may be copied from the registration lists only in the office of the board when it is open for business; but no such copying shall be permitted during the period of time commencing twenty-one days before an election and ending on the eleventh day after an election if such copying will, in the opinion of the board, interfere with the necessary work of the board. Except as provided in section111.44of the Revised Code, the board shall keep in convenient form and available for public inspection a correct set of the registration lists of all precincts in the county.
