Text
The board of county commissioners of any county, the legislative authority of any municipal corporation, and the board of township trustees of any township, included within a regional arts and cultural district may appropriate annually, from moneys to the credit of the general fund of the county, the municipal corporation, or the township and not otherwise appropriated, that portion of the expense of the district to be paid by the county, municipal corporation, or township as provided in the resolution creating or enlarging the district adopted under section3381.03of the Revised Code, or by any amendment to the resolution.
