Text
(A)Whoever violates section3345.13of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than fifty nor more than one hundred fifty dollars.
(B)Whoever violates division (A) or (B) of section3345.34of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
(C)Whoever violates section3345.78of the Revised Code is guilty of a felony of the fourth degree.
