Text
No current or former employee or current or former officer of a state university or college shall knowingly conceal any information from, withhold any information requested by, falsify any information to, or impede the work of any of the following:
(A)A conservator, governance authority, or executive director appointed for the institution under section3345.74or3345.75of the Revised Code;
(B)Any personnel appointed by the conservator or executive director under division (F) of section3345.74or division (B)(1) of section3345.75of the Revised Code.
