(A)Not later than September 15, 2010, and the fifteenth day of September each year thereafter, a state institution of higher education shall prepare and submit to the chancellor of higher education a report that describes the number and types of biobased products purchased under section125.092of the Revised Code and the amount of money spent by the state institution of higher education for those biobased products.

(B)As used in this section, "state institution of higher education" has the same meaning as in section3345.011of the Revised Code.
