Text

(A)As used in this section, "state institution of higher education" has the same meaning as in section3345.011of the Revised Code.
(B)A state institution of higher education may establish a program under which an employee of the institution may donate that employee's accrued but unused paid leave to another employee of the institution who has no accrued but unused paid leave and who has a critical need for it because of circumstances such as a serious illness or the serious illness of a member of the employee's immediate family. If a state institution of higher education establishes a leave donation program under this section, the institution shall adopt rules in accordance with section111.15of the Revised Code to provide for the administration of the program.
