Text
With respect to a collective bargaining agreement entered into on or after the effective date of this section, both of the following apply to the standards, policies, and systems adopted under sections3345.45to3345.454of the Revised Code:
(A)Notwithstanding section4117.08of the Revised Code, the standards, policies, and systems are not appropriate subjects for collective bargaining.
(B)Notwithstanding division (A) of section4117.10of the Revised Code, the standards, policies, and systems prevail over any conflicting provision of a collective bargaining agreement.
