(A)As used in this section, "state institution of higher education" has the same meaning as in section3345.011of the Revised Code.
(B)The chancellor of higher education shall develop a minimum set of standard questions for use by state institutions of higher education in student evaluations of faculty members. The questions shall include the following: "Does the faculty member create a classroom atmosphere free of political, racial, gender, and religious bias?"
(C)Each state institution of higher education shall establish a written system of faculty evaluations completed by students with a focus on teaching effectiveness and student learning. Each state institution shall include in its student evaluations of faculty the minimum set of standard questions developed by the chancellor in
