Text
A state institution of higher education, as defined in section3345.011of the Revised Code, shall accept and provide credit for coursework in the same manner across all instructional models, except in the case of courses that require in-person observations and experiences, such as laboratories and clinicals, which may necessitate instruction through an in-person component rather than online instruction.
