Text

The boards of trustees of a state university, the board of trustees of the northeast Ohio medical university, the board of trustees of a technical college or community college district, and the board of control of the Ohio agricultural research and development center may establish compensation plans, including schedules of hourly rates, for the compensation of all employees and may establish rules or policies for the administration of their respective compensation plans. The provisions of this section do not apply to employees for whom the state employment relations board establishes appropriate bargaining units pursuant to section4117.06of the Revised Code.
