(A)No state institution of higher education shall take any action or enforce any policy that would deny a religious student group any benefit available to any other student group based on the religious student group's requirement that its leaders or members adhere to its sincerely held religious beliefs or standards of conduct.

(B)As used in this section:

(1)"Benefits" include, without limitation:

(a)Recognition;

(b)Registration;

(c)The use of facilities of the state institution of higher education for meetings or speaking purposes, subject to section3345.021of the Revised Code;

(d)The use of channels of communication of the state institution of higher education;

(e)Funding sources that are otherwise available to any other student group in the state institution of hi

(2) "State institution of higher education" has the same meaning as in section3345.011of the Revised Code.
