Text

The department of education and workforce shall reduce the amounts paid to a science, technology, engineering, and mathematics school or to the governing body of a group of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics schools under section3317.022of the Revised Code to reflect payments made to colleges under section3365.07of the Revised Code. A student shall be considered enrolled in the school for any portion of the school year the student is attending a college under Chapter 3365. of the Revised Code.
