Text
As used in sections3326.31to3326.50of the Revised Code:
(A)"Formula amount" has the same meaning as in section3317.02of the Revised Code.
(B)"IEP" means an individualized education program as defined in section3323.01of the Revised Code.
(C)"Resident district" means the school district in which a student is entitled to attend school under section3313.64or3313.65of the Revised Code.
