The governing body of each science, technology, engineering, and mathematics school shall require that the reports of any investigation by the governing body of an employee regarding whether the employee has committed an act or offense for which the chief administrative officer of the school or the president or chairperson of the governing body is required to make a report to the superintendent of public instruction under section3314.40of the Revised Code be kept in the employee's personnel file.
