The governing body of each    science,    technology, engineering, and mathematics school shall    require    that the reports of any investigation by the governing    body of an    employee regarding whether the employee    has committed an act or    offense for which the chief administrative    officer of the school    or the president or chairperson of the governing body is required    to make a report to the superintendent of    public instruction    under section3314.40of the Revised Code be    kept in the    employee's personnel file. If, after an investigation    under    division (A) of section3319.311of the Revised Code, the    superintendent of public instruction determines that the results    of that investigation do not warrant initiating action under    section3319.31of the Re

If, after an investigation under division (A) of section3319.311of the Revised Code, the superintendent of public instruction determines that the results of that investigation do not warrant initiating action under section3319.31of the Revised Code, the governing body shall require the reports of the investigation to be moved from the employee's personnel file to a separate public file.
