(A)Except as provided by section3326.031of the Revised Code, each science, technology, engineering, and mathematics school shall have a treasurer who is licensed under section3301.074of the Revised Code. The governing body of the school and the treasurer shall comply with sections3301.072,3313.22to3313.32,3313.51, and3315.08of the Revised Code in the same manner as a school district board of education and a district treasurer.

(B)Financial records of each STEM school shall be maintained in the same manner as are financial records of school districts, pursuant to rules of the auditor of state.
