Text
(A)As used in this section, "native student" means a student entitled to attend school in the school district under section3313.64or3313.65of the Revised Code.
(B)Unless the proposal for the establishment of a science, technology, engineering, and mathematics school, as it was approved by the STEM committee under section3326.03of the Revised Code, otherwise provides for the transportation of students to and from the STEM school, the board of education of each city, local, and exempted village school district shall provide transportation to and from school for its district's native students enrolled in the STEM school in the same manner that section3327.01of the Revised Code requires for its native students enrolled in nonpublic schools.
